How Do I Request A Refund?

We offer a 1 year guarantee on most of our products.

If you would like to request a refund please submit a  support ticket and include the following:


  • Date of Purchase
  • Name of Product
  • Name and Paypal email address you ordered with
  • Receipt or Transaction number
